Storyline: 
Omni Consumer produces Delta City, to restore the rotting city of Detroit. Unluckily, the population of the area has no purpose of discarding their homes simply for requirements of the company. OCP have determined to force them to leave by employing a ruthless mercenary military to attack and annoy them. An dissident argument begins & in this fight, Robocop must make a decision to his loyalties lie.
